Can I still use my cottage?
Yes. You can block dates for family stays anytime in your owner portal, and we price and fill the rest of the calendar around them.
Do you handle short-term rental licensing?
Yes. Municipal short-term rental licensing is included, and we handle it end to end, so your cottage is compliant before the first guest arrives.
How do you protect my cottage from parties?
There are no parties or events at any cottage we manage, and only registered guests may stay. Every guest is screened before arrival, and our team handles guest communication 24/7.
How long does it take to get started?
Our process runs from discovery call to first booking in about 14 days. We build your photography, listings, pricing, cleaner onboarding, licensing and guest automation for you.
